Hailing from the New York area where my calling began as a personal trainer in a family fitness center in Long Island. “I understood the importance of inclusivity of fitness for every demographic”.  It was only natural that the evolution would bring me to the CrossFit methodology as the way to better serve my clients. In 2013, I founded Mighty CrossFit as way to serve anyone willing to elevate their fitness level, no matter what stage in their life.  My clients range from military, high school athletes, soccer moms, and specialize in beginners who are off the couch and never worked out a day in their life.

Specialized Coaching

Our professionally trained and expert coaches actively coach each class that you attend. Personal coaching like this would normally cost a fortune in traditional gyms, but here at Mighty CrossFit, the coaching session is included in all our memberships

Multidisciplinary Functional Training

Our program uses functional movements that your body is naturally designed to do, combining elements of cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, cycling, rowing, and more to improve your overall fitness in a balanced way.

Quality Capped Class Sizes

You’re more than a number to us! We want you to get the attention you deserve every session and that’s why all our classes are limited to 12 members at a time.
