Starting THIS THURSDAY (9/22): Gymnastics with Sarah at 5:30pm.
Come consistently to learn progressions for challenging body weight movements like handstand walks and muscle ups; strengthen your core with movements like L sits, hollow holds, and strict toes to bar; increase mind-body awareness and your ability in crossfit standards like balance, flexibility, and agility; come hang out and play around!
Wall sides with the 8:00 a.m. to prep for an abundance of snatches.

Mighty gym prides itself on tending to the needs and goals of each athlete. Our classes host no more than 10 athletes and the intimate class sizes allow for individual attention from the coach. The attentive and knowledgeable coaching staff are trained to customize or scale each workout to meet the skills, experience, needs and goals of each athlete.
