On Ramp Class
If this is your first time on this on a strength program but have workout history and participated in any athletics within the past 2 years, a 5 session on-ramp program is suggested. On ramp classes reinforce fundamental movements with an emphasis on form and technique and a slow progression relative to the individual’s skill level. The goal is to graduate with a better understanding of principles of strength and conditioning and how to apply in a class format.
If you are new to fitness and have not been involved in any exercise program and or athletics in the past 5 years an individual assessment program is strongly suggested. The 1-1 sessions provide a more hands on approach to assessing goals, function specific to the client. The objective is to prioritize development in a progressive manor resulting in participation in group classes or development of an individual program.
