Starting April 22, 2016 we will be adding Jared Cohen to our Thursday evening line up as a part of our recovery day. He will be teaching a Yoga Tune-Up class bringing us many of the newest techniques in mayo-facial release and other active recovery practices we can add to our repertoire.
