May marks one of the most commemorative holidays of the calendar year and also hosts one of the most memorable CrossFit hero workouts to date…  known as known as “Murph.”

1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

Typically this is done with a weighted vest, in a effort to honor the services of our soldiers. As an added bonus I’d like us a community to register for the Murph Challenge. Just like in the open, we came together as a group to test our fitness, but now let’s do it for an honorable cause. Starting this week I will program gradual progressions that will get us ready as we near the launch date of May 27, 2016. Every week we will add more and more so that we are thoroughly prepared to represent. I look forward to everyone’s participation.
