If your not familiar with this method of eastern medicine, it may look like I have been attacked by an octopus. But in actuality, I just revisited one of my favorite methods of localized recovery. This is known as cupping. If it looks familiar, it maybe because you saw these same marks on this man below.
Starting April 22, 2016 we will be adding Jared Cohen to our Thursday evening line up as a part of our recovery day. He will be teaching a Yoga Tune-Up class bringing us many of the newest techniques in mayo-facial release and other active recovery practices we can add to our repertoire. Let’s welcome him on board.

Mighty gym prides itself on tending to the needs and goals of each athlete. Our classes host no more than 10 athletes and the intimate class sizes allow for individual attention from the coach. The attentive and knowledgeable coaching staff are trained to customize or scale each workout to meet the skills, experience, needs and goals of each athlete.
