Benefits of fasted state cardio. Minor diet modifications but added 5 days a week of long “boring” aerobic work 30 minutes after waking. Long gone are days of the “secret” cut process bodybuilders used to do to prepare for the show. Back then it was 45-60 on a treadmill at a slow incline and a steady heart rate to keep a slow burn.

Now it can be 30 min of:

  • 20 cal on AD
  • 1 minute plank on rings
  • 15 step up and step down 
  • 1 minute jog

Not as “boring” but keeps you moving. Try it for a month and see if there is some truth to it
