Part of performing constantly varied functional movements at high intensity also means doing preventative exercises to protect the major shoulder joints. I pick these three because of the different planes of motion it uses.

Left 1/2 a Turkish get up
Bottom right is coffin sit up
Top right is KB arm bar

You can perform these as a warm up, post cool down or as a primary. Just be mindful of sets, reps and load.
